Refunds

We will refund you immediately after we have processed your return shipment. The shipping costs of the original shipment will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed.

We have processed most returns within 5 working days after they have been returned. How quickly the money will be in your account after that depends on your payment method:

• iDEAL: within 2 working days
• Bancontact: within 2 working days
• Credit card: within 2 working days
• PayPal: within 5 working days
• Bank transfer: within 5 working days
